Roots & Relics LLC – Ticket, Registration, Travel, and Terms & Conditions Policy

 
❗ IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE PURCHASING

Tickets for this event must be purchased individually, even if you are buying for multiple people. If multiple tickets are purchased under the same name, the order will be refunded immediately.

Our Refund Policy is outlined at the bottom of the page—please review it carefully before completing your purchase.

🛏️ Lodging, Travel, and Location Security

A list of recommended hotels, dining options, and general event details is available under the “About the Event” section of our website.

Please note:

  • Event-specific information (including the property location) will not be released until approximately one week prior to the event.

  • This policy exists to protect the integrity and security of the event and all participants.

  • Due to contractual agreements with our land partners, we cannot disclose any accommodations (hotels, VRBO, Airbnbs, or otherwise) closer to the event site than those publicly listed.

  • Requests for this information will not be answered, as our policy is clearly stated here.

🎫 TICKET HOLDER REQUIREMENTS

  • Please ensure you are purchasing the correct ticket for yourself.

  • Guests may accompany ticket holders, but may not detect, dig, or recover artifacts.

  • All tickets must be purchased using the full legal name as shown on the attendee’s driver’s license or government-issued ID.

  • This ensures accurate participant tracking and proper waiver documentation.

  • Once payment is made, participants must print or download their ticket to present during check-in.

🧭 TRAVEL & EVENT SCHEDULE

Roots & Relics LLC is not responsible for coordinating or assisting with travel or lodging arrangements.

Please plan your travel based on the posted event dates.
Our detailed event schedule will be released approximately one week before the event, to account for changing weather conditions, crop status, and overall logistics.

✅ General Policies

  • All participants must bring either a printed ticket or show it digitally for event check-in.

  • Check-in begins the evening of March 5, 2026. Final location details will be emailed approximately one week prior.

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

  • Every participant must complete the liability waiver prior to attending.

  • Tickets are non-transferable. Entry will be denied if the name does not match a valid government-issued ID.

  • Children under 13 must have a Kids Ticket and be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Guest ticket holders may not participate in detecting, digging, or artifact recovery.

  • Vendors, food trucks, and sponsors must comply with their individual signed agreements and complete their waivers as required.

❗ Event Admission Policy

Roots & Relics LLC reserves the right to deny access or revoke admission to any individual at our sole discretion, if we believe their presence may compromise the safety, comfort, or integrity of the event, staff, or fellow attendees.

If this decision is made prior to the event, a full refund will be issued.
No explanation or justification will be provided, and this policy is strictly enforced to maintain the quality and safety of our events.
