Roots & Relics Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

All registration and processing fees are non-refundable once payment is made, except under extreme or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, refunds will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.

30-Day Rule

  • 31+ Days Before the Event: Refunds requested more than 31 days prior to the event will be subject to a $25 processing fee.

  • 30 Days or Less Before the Event: No refunds will be granted for any reason within 30 days of the event start date.
    In the rare event that an exception is made, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.

No Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-transferable. Due to the need for accurate participant information and signed waivers, we do not allow tickets to be transferred to another individual.
If someone shows up on your behalf claiming to have purchased your ticket, they will be denied entry, regardless of circumstances.

Event Cancellations & Postponements

Roots & Relics LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone events. If this occurs:

  • We will make every effort to reschedule the event within 6 months of the original date.

  • Your registration fee will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event at full value.

If the event is not rescheduled, a refund will be issued minus any processing fees charged by our payment processor. Our financial responsibility is limited strictly to the return of your registration fee.

Travel & Accommodation Disclaimer

Roots & Relics LLC is not responsible for any travel, lodging, rentals or related costs incurred due to event changes, including cancellations or postponements.

COVID-19 and other illnesses policy 

COVID-19 is now recognized as an ongoing part of everyday life. We ask all attendees to follow basic health and safety practices while at the event.

 

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please prioritize the well-being of others and reconsider your travel plans. Your cooperation helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 30 days for processing any approved refunds or credit adjustments.
